We traveled from Florida, made a reservation two weeks ago, confirmed two days ago only to show up at 8:30pm with our two small dogs, exhausted, to find the place locked up and closed. No one answered the phone, no one called to cancel and after calling the Quality Inn Hotline, I was placed on hold for 55 minutes before they disconnected me. No one ever called to explain or apologize. I'd give this unacceptable hotel and the customer service a ZERO rating if I could. Charged $180 for a room we never got to stay in. Do yourself a favor and book at the Hampton 11 miles away. Clean, courteous and a life saver at 9:30pm. Slept great and made it to Maine. STAY AWAY FROM QUALITY INN IN QUECHEE GORGE! F grade!

Great little free breakfast. Pricey for rooms that are very small and room carpet very dirty, bed was very comfortable and parking great. Workout room small but adequate, did not use pool but nice amenity. Close to highway access and some quaint stores.
