We left the room was not the room I booked and it reaked of cigarettes.

So this is an older hotel and the price and convenience to West Point are the positives. The negatives are that it smells really badly either of old food or people smoking the reefer in their rooms despite it being a no smoking hotel. The neighborhood is a bit shady, not fear for your life bad but definitely lock up your car and room. We stayed four nights and they stopped cleaning it after the 3rd night I guess they figured the beds would be slept on again so why bother? When they did clean they didn't replace towels or sheets or plastic cups or anything like that and the coffee maker didn't work and spilled water all over everything when we tried to use it. But hey we didn't die and we had a place to sleep so it could have been worse.

Booked a room for one night they were dog friendly. So we figured for one night know big deal pulled up there was the scary part but tried not to be to judgmental. Walked into the hotel and that was the horrible part but again trying to stay positive and then open the door to the room and that was the horrible part. Stains on sheets, pillowcases and any thing else that was material. Opened the bathroom door and was disgusted with the cleanliness of the sink. We left the dog in hotel room for about an hour made other arrangements for the dog went to front desk told the desk clerk how disgusting the room was and left. Would tell anyone run run fast from this place can't even call it a motel more like a crack house. Oh and by the way this was on Christmas Day 2018. Merry Christmas lol.
