My husband I stayed at the Econo Lodge in Washington, NC in January 2026. We had not stayed there before and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is an older building, but it has been well maintained. The room was comfortable, clean, warm, quiet, safe and affordable. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful when we checked in. The smart television allowed us to quickly connect to our Netflix account so we could continue are usual nighttime routine of watching an episode of a series we are enjoying before going to bed. The free WiFi was easy to connect to and fast. Overall, our stay was exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
