I stayed at EAST Miami hotel with my children and had an amazing experience. I would like to recognize a front desk individual named Eugene who made our stay the most pleasant one. He was very patient with me and very professional and attentive to all our needs. The Quinto restaurant was delicious and there again the staff knew to make our dinner special for us; kind and respectful. The rooms were a bit techie for me but made my kids day! Eugene thank you for making the stay as peaceful as could be.
