The Britannia Hotel Aberdeen enjoys a superb location on the outskirts of Europes Oil Capital and provides guests with an ideal base whether visiting Aberdeen on business or pleasure. The hotel is situated on the A96 4 miles from the city centre and 2 miles from Aberdeen Airport. It is the ideal base to explore the north east of Scotland with its wealth of history and tourist attractions. The whisky and castle trails are all within easy reach of the hotel. The area also has numerous golf courses from links sea front courses to challenging inland courses. Some are world-famous and will provide the golfer with the opportunity of playing on some of the best greens in the world. The nearest golf course to the hotel is a mere 5 minutes away whilst St Andrews and Gleneagles are within 2 hours drive of the hotel. Royal Deeside and Balmoral Castle are less than an hours drive from the hotel and visitors can enjoy the spectacular scenery and visit castles and picturesque towns and villages along the river Dee.
