When we checked into the hotel the desk clerk informed me that the hotel was "overbooked" and that we would be staying in a room with two double beds instead of one king, as was booked and confirmed. When we exited the elevator on the 3rd floor, the hallway smelled musty and the hallway was very humid and sticky. The carpet in the hallway and in our room was bunched up in spots, as if it pulled away from the tack strips. The worst part of the experience was when we opened the door to our room (#321), it wreaked of cigarette smoke. I had booked a non smoking room. When I called the front desk the clerk stated there was nothing she could do. We were very disappointed in this experience and I highly recommend you honor non smoking requests. You also need to fumigate rooms that smell like room 321.

Smoking rooms smelled horrible and they couldn't accommodate a switch. To fix the smell all they did was give us spray. Front desk afternoon check-in lady was rude. There were way too many chemicals in the pool! Positive notes: beautiful view out back with creek, the night staff was very nice no issues and breakfast was great.
