Front desk clerk was friendly, informative and gave great customer experience. After a long day of meetings, it's nice to encounter someone who portrays the ultimate in customer service. The rooms are immaculate, clean, not showing any age. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Also, the hotel is in a safe location. The breakfast has a nice selection. This is my go to hotel when I stay overnight in Birmingham!
