"Awful Scarry"

Not like the photos. No cars in garage parking but unable to give me and my family rooms on same floor me single. Talked to clerk and he said they"ll come later. we were there about 9:00 pm Scarriest place I've been. We left to go find late supper and didn't go back after talking it over. Traveled some more and found an expensive but nice place. I think I should get my money back and my sister also.

"Horrible Experience"

Even though we had paid for the room after looking at the place we went to another hotel. Scary people in the parking area. Pictures on website very deceiving. Not a place I would ever stay. Wish I could get a refund. Walked in and walked out!

Sketchiest hotel I've ever been to. Tiny “lobby” contains a massive TV monitor showing live camera footage of all security cams that are fully on display for anyone waiting in lobby. There is never anyone at the desk. There is a number that you call for the guy to show up. No idea where he goes but he shows up smelling of weed every time. Elevator has been broken for weeks. Rooms are outdated.

everything in room was fine clean and towels were fine only small thing was shower sends water to the floor since only right side door opens from left to the middle where shower head is.

At first sight, it looks run down but the room, the breakfast room, the exercise room were all quite nice. Staff was comfortable and helpful, room was quiet, clean and everything worked. They appear to be in transition and wisely took care of the accommodations (the truly important parts) first. Much better than ostentation masking hidden flaws.
