Boxes and debris strewn through the halls. The stairwell was blocked with old mattresses. We were there with my wife's parents who both have dementia. I rented the first room online, I had to get the 2nd room after we had been there for awhile. The lady at the desk told me that the 2nd room would be the same price as the first one. I was charged over $200 for the second room. The first room was $115. I will NEVER spend my $$$ with Best Western again!

Property Description

The Best Western® Franklin Town Center Hotel & Suites has been completely renovated from end to end. There is new bedding, seating, flooring and carpet. The hotel is within walking distance of the court house and within one mile of several restaurants. It's also just 2.5 miles from the famous sporting facility Franklin Community Park, also known as "The Ranch". Franklin has several historic monuments and cemeteries in the area including the Franklin Carnegie Library.
