Our room was quite nice! Staff was most helpful with directing us to an excellent pub for lunch! Each staff member we came in contact with was just as kind as the next! Although our stay was short we would definitely stay there again.

"Room key problem"

Over all my stay was good. The only problem I had was getting the room key to work in the door to enter the hotel. I found one door that it worked in easily, so I used that door exclusively.

The hotel stay was great. I didn't have any problems checking in or checking out. It was a smooth process. My room was clean and prepared before I got there so I was able to go in right after check in. I would stay here again.
