Clean first word that comes to mind, plenty of hot water, terrific people to deal with. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants across the street. My week here was comfortable and convenient in every way.

Even as many units as are here, the suites are quiet. It is definitely a place to stay again in the future and also recommend to other people coming to Kelowna.

Stayed while caring for a relative taking cancer treatment nearby. The staff keeps the place immaculately clean and are accommodating of all requests. No one wants to be away from home for medical care but if you have to be, this place makes it as nice as it can be.
