It was lovely getting away to Amish country and getting to stay in a hotel as welcoming as the Marriott. Hannah and Roman were exceptionally helpful and I would hope they are receiving the appropriate compensation for their quality of service. "Front Desk Receptionist."

The hotel itself was excellent. I would definitely stay there again on visit to Lancaster, Pa. However, Raymond or Ramond at the front desk was horrible. He did not say hello, I had to ask him to repeat himself several times: especially about parking, even after telling him this is my first stay at the hotel. He was not helpful at all. It seemed as though he had an attitude because he was working. Provided no information about the hotel, I overheard what the other receptionist was telling the other paying customers like myself. I was there for conference and this was not a great way to start off.

We were in town for a wedding (not held at the hotel.) Stayed for two nights. Front desk and service staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed in the East Tower. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was for comfortable to me and the fitted sheet was too small for the bed.

This has been the best venue for our national conference. EVERY staff member we encountered was extremely helpful, polite and professional. It felt like “southern hospitality.” I will definitely return to Lancaster, PA. Come to Alabama and I'll gladly return the hospitality. Excellent hotel, staff and city!
