We continue to stay at Tru By Hilton Syracuse Camillus because it is clean and well kept, with a pleasant staff who are attentive to guests' needs and helpful in making referrals to outside vendors and activities. It is family friendly, pet friendly and casual. Close to major highways and attractions.
This Tru Hilton is located in Township Blvd. Mall, Camillus N.Y. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The mall contains numerous dining options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and efficiecient and helpful. The Manager Ashley, even came to my room to help me with my computer connections. This hotel is family and pet friendly. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and family members with children that are visiting Syracuse for the New York State Fair.
