Clean hotel and super friendly staff. We just went through an ice storm which they are calling the worst storm in a century and my power was off for seven days. After two very cold nights I had to leave. Everything in the area was booked or w/o power. This hotel in Traverse City was two hours away. I have three cats and while most hotels only take dogs the manager here made an exception due to the extreme circumstances and I will be forever grateful to her! I don't know what we would have done without her generosity and understanding as the temps were dipping down into the teens. The hotel was quiet and the continental breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. It's also close to the mall and tons of restaurants and shops. I'd recommend to family and friends!
