Located on 23 acres of lush green space sits the four-star Sheraton Music City. If you want to feel like you are staying in style & luxury without breaking the bank, this hotel could be a great option. The hotel offers free airport shuttles, complimentary parking and NO resort fees. This is atypical of four-star, resort hotels. The possible downsides to some groups are that the hotel rate does not usually include breakfast, but it can be negotiated in. Also, while the rooms and hotel are in immaculate condition, the hotel has not been fully renovated in some time. Some items have been upgraded (bedding and some soft lines), and more upgrades are planned (refinishing of furniture).Two really good positives are the courtyard. It is truly enchanting and almost makes you feel like you are somewhere else. The fitness center is also very large, bright, and state-of-the art equipment is found inside.In summary, this hotel would be a great fit for your group, and you will love it as long as you do not mind paying a bit more to have breakfast in the rate, and do not need over-the-top, colorful decor.

When I made my on line booking, I was automatically charged a $17 Refund Protection fee that I never applied for. Since I was travelling, I wasn't checking my email and even then it would have been difficult to cancel it. Be aware of this automatic charge when you book on line.

Hotel is in fair condition and needs an update. Room had no iron and what appeared to be a used shower cap on back of bathroom door. I was surprised to get a request for this review just after checking in. Shuttle Driver who was working 10/22/2024 around 2:00 was fantastic what a very special lady.
