The location was great and the workers were pleasant but the parking was so expensive and inconvenient. The parking spaces were small and impossible to get in and out of which was a constant reminder that we paid 30.00 a day to be frustrated trying to park! There was also no perks like free breakfast instead everything was overpriced…also you charged five dollars for a cup of coffee but had an area set up with free coffee which made no sense and if anyone sat down and didn't notice that they would be paying five bucks for every cup. Lastly in the room you have “free bottles of water” if your a certain class of customer I forget the exact wording and then in fine print it says all other guests pay 2.00 that's a complete rip off…we pay good money for the room either let everyone have the complimentary water or remove…to easy for someone to not read the tag and take one.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at the last minute. It is very conveniently located to downtown and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere, or you can take the free trolley which stops close to the hotel. The highlight of the hotel was the exceptional customer service. All of the employees we interacted with were awesome. Loren and Kate (front desk), Devin (valet) and Greta (restaurant) were all extremely friendly and very helpful with our questions and requests. They truly made our experience there a pleasant one and we will definitely stay there whenever we return to Annapolis.

Banquet space for up to 110 seated. All rooms with wireless internet and 24hour in room dining.Our meeting room fee is based on each individual group. We may charge if no sleeping rooms. We are an independetly owned hotel so we don't have a set price for our meeting space.
