I want to emphasize that the local management and service was good. my complaint is with the reservations group on a national level. my complaint is with the group assisting with reservations at the national level. while on the phone agreeing to a price and a room the agent raised the price well beyond the advertised special. then I found out that I could have had the room for about 40% less had I booked it with the local hotel. As a long time awards customer. I am not happy.
