"When staff goes above and beyond."

Was in town for a medical procedure. Worried, unfamiliar and just scared. Was greeted by the most friendly and caring staff. Katelynn was so welcoming and seemed to know instantly my situation. She walked us through everything and answered questions before I could even ask. Within moments of check in, I didn't have a worry in the world and could just focus on my medical ordeal. Ordette did the same in the morning. Ms. Patty and Mr. Reggie provided shuttle service for all of our needs and all of them did their jobs with big smiles and positivity. The rooms were pleasant but the professional and gracious service was what made our stay extraordinary. Will insist that friends and family traveling to UAMS stay with you from now on. We stayed in the hotel when my husband had surgery at St. Vincent on 11/7. He had complications and we had to extend our stay. It was done with no problems. Two weeks later we returned because my husband was readmitted to the hospital. The desk clerks were awesome (especially the one who wears the Hooters beanie). They made sure that we had everything we needed and they always greeted us with kind words. They were compassionate about our family member each time we came or went. The shuttle drivers were awesome too. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises.
