First room was great, this last stay was good but not as pleasant. The room had a smell and the room definitely needed some repairs. The ceiling had a horrible patch job above the bed, we couldn't get the room temperature set, the shower had mold or wasn't clean and the floor tile in the entrance of room was falling apart. I'm also a Wyndham member and my reservations have not been added to my overall Wyndham account and have not accrued any points. I have asked for a password reset and no emails have been sent to recover it or allowing me to view my account.
