The stay was amazing. Sam showed me around the grounds and made me feel very comfortable. She patiently explained to me how to use the spa equipment and was a pleasure to deal with. She is a wonderful asset for the resort and I will definitely be back.

I booked my room over the phone and when I arrived there was a confusion about specific unit I wanted to stay at. The lady at front desk did everything to make sure I get what I want. She was a sweetheart and kind. But it wasn't only that, I got to stay for free! How incredible is that.
