Our room was very up to date, clean and perfect. We were allowed to check in early for no extra charge. It's perfect for pets, we have our dog with us. The room doesn't smell like pets have ever been in it before, unlike some hotels where you have a funky, overwhelming smell of ammonia cleaning products!

Tru by Hilton are always a good value. We use them when we travel. However, our stay in Roanoke was a disappointment. There was no shampoo in shower but two body washes. The big disappointment was all the loud clicking noises in the room the heater kept clicking on and off as did the refrigerator. A night of disruptive sleep.
