Check in/check out employees were really nice, rooms were clean, manicured grounds, THE BEST BEDS and PILLOWS ANYWHWERE! I normally can't get comfortable in hotel beds, BUT we all slept deeply, loved indoor pool, (I wish it was open later).. GOOD breakfast! A longgg list of food and drinks (the only thing missing was bacon), we had a REALLY GOOD STAY, we had a problem with the A/C.

Used your reservation service, which cost double the normal pricing and the purchase of food was via a third party instead of being easily chargeable to the room. The towels provided were very thin and small. Unfortunately, the room provided was at the elevators, not my preference. The workout room had no sanitizer. The room had cockroaches. Not a good stay and at a ridiculously high rate. Not likely to stay in this hotel in the future.
