The Courtyard by Marriott Coatesville Exton is the newest hotel in the area. Its semi-rural location is quiet surreal but located right off the Rt 30 Bypass right between Exton and Lancaster. The warm modern toned décor is very inviting plus to make you feel more at home, amenities include free WIFI, Sundries shop, indoor pool, fitness center, print center for touch screen board like a concierge with directions, hotel bistro menus, sites to see, etc. The Bistro, located in lobby serves breakfast, dinner with wine and beer in the evening as well as there is a Starbucks bar. This courtyard breeds the true meaning of relaxation with its outdoor seating area, fire pit and sounds of the running creek behind the hotel. Guest rooms feature free WIFI, refrigerators, microwaves, ihomes, flat panel TVs and either King beds with pull out sofabed or double queens. If you would like to host an event there is one room with natural light and door to the patio; they do the catering on-site and don't allow outside food and beverage. Great hotel to any traveler whether on business or leisure especially the individual traveler, sports teams and weddings!
