We enjoyed our stay at the Unilofts as it was a place to return to after a day exploring the city and surrounding area. The hotel was situated just outside St. Louis Gate and backed onto the Plains of Abraham so we were in easy walking distance to Old Quebec and Winter Carnival activities. The desk staff and manager named Alex were friendly and very accommodating. Parking was behind the hotel and was very convenient and safe. We appreciated the comfortable bed as it afforded a good night's sleep. The hotel is 200 years old. There is a microwave in the back lobby area
