I was told by friends about this hotel as being extremely nice. Check in staff were rude after check in because my son went into the pool area without me. It had no hot tub, disappointing! Room was average. Breakfast was terrible! All straight out of a box or can. Other hotels do similar for their breakfasts, but they put a little effort into at least heating it up fully. B and G gravy, egg and sausage patties were all cold. obviously nuked, but not nearly long enough.
