The room 131, I stayed in, the bed is completely wore out. It's bouncy and it sinks in the middle.. there was cold air coming in through my door and I walked out into the hallway and someone had put a very small rock in the door and when I went and told the front desk clerk that morning( it wasn't the night shift front desk person it was the morning person that came on for the day )checking out, she said oh well someone's probably just moving their luggage in and out and I said no, they're not. It's been there at least and hour and people have been coming in and out of that side door because my dog barked all night and what the desk clerk should've told me was we will go remove the rock and investigate it and that won't happen again but no, she said it was Okay to someone put a rock in the door and have cold air blowing in the hotel but there's a reason I stay there it's secure you have a security card to get in and out of your room. The exit door should be locked ,not open with a rock.
