Unfixed holes in the ceiling. A strange odor permeating the property inside and out. Water damage on the walls in the bathroom. Homeless camped out in the lobby. Stayed in a two queen suite in Tucson for the same nighty rate that was, comparatively, the Ritz Carlton. Would not stay again.
