The hotel room was very clean and complete with a microwave and fridge. The room price was reasonable for the quality of the room. I would stay at this location again.

I booked online three months ago since we were coming to town for a wedding. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke so badly that we couldn't even stay in the room. The hotel was booked so they couldn't offer us another room. We tried to cancel our reservation knowing we may have to pay for the first night. The very nice lady at the front desk said she understood our situation but we may get charged for the full reservation. I will be contacting them to get a refund since we had to find another place to stay. Fortunately we found a vacancy. We were told we should have called to book our room instead of online and maybe this could have been avoided. that seems like an unacceptable solution. everyone books online these days!

Coomes Recreation Center, Virginia Creeper National Recreation Trail, William King Museum, Historic Abingdon and the Barter Theatre. Amenities include free Easy Starts continental breakfast, free WiFi and copy, print and fax services. Guest rooms come with microwaves, refrigerators, TVs, hair dryers and more.
