From the clothes iron holder falling out of the wall and the bed mattress made us sink into the middle because of no support, we will not stay there again. The rooms were old and well used. One good thing was that although the bathroom was old and the tub looked dirty or stained, the rest of the bathroom looked clean.

I booked my reservation online through hotelplanner.com, for two nights at the Quality Inn and Conference Center in Brattleboro Vermont. $209.78 was taken from my bank account for a room there was no record of! I called Quality Inn to confirm the check in time and ask about the hours for the outdoor pool use. I was told that I did not have a reservation, there was no record of my confirmation number and there is no outdoor pool (the website says there is). I was given the number for quality control who then gave me another number for filing a complaint. Long story short, I was told I needed to take it up with hotelplanner because it is not their problem, even though the money taken from my account says Quality Inn and Conference Center. They said there is no way to refund my money. I will never book through hotelplanner.com or Quality Inn again.
