My booking was not completed with the hotel. I called book online and they requested a cancellation so I booked direct with the hotel. Now I paid much less for only one night direct to hotel. And also I had to pay a very expensive booking for two night through book online. I will never ever use booking line again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Completely unsatisfactory!
