Nice hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at this lovely fun hotel. I stayed with several family members and we played games down in the lobby as we drank the free coffee and hot chocolate. The rooms were very clean and updated. To get to the restaurant they provided a shuttle and it was only a two minute ride. The shuttle was a very clean, updated shuttle. But the fun part comes in when after you finished eating at the restaurant you could take a stroll onto the riverboat casino! Such a fun way to finish a long day. I recommend this hotel 👍.

My only fault is no one to take my order at the grill. Wasn't able to use my points. Coffee only at the Hotel.

Disappointed this time. Down to one elevator the entire stay for a busy weekend was frustrating. Long waits for elevator. Also woken up on three separate occasions in one night by extremely loud and drunk people. One woman and her partner fought loudly for at least 15 minutes at three in the morning. While I realize the hotel might not be aware; however, if these are the type of guests that come here now, I'll stay somewhere else. Also, no one came to clean our room or hi e us clean towels.
