After a 6.5 hr drive from Kentucky pull into the hotel one of the “designated smoke areas” is in front of the hotel entrance, which is a horrible look. First room 2nd floor, bed smelled like Urine, there were eye lashes on the sink and floor. Asked to be moved.. Second room 3rd floor, power outlets did not work. Moved again to the 1st floor “upgraded room” there was no iron and there were no snacks in the room. Room 105, ceiling is bubbly in several spots with cracks, shower curtain exhibits traces of mold, TV sits directly in front of one of the two beds (should be centered), bathroom is very small, could not put clothes in drawer because there was Mold in them. Light over the bed, bulb was blown. First night the Police was on the grounds not sure what was going on, but could see lights through window. Very loud music from cars in the parking lot both nights. Night two second key card did not work, went to exchange cards, took about 8 mins due to the key card pad not working. Check out time, there was literally 6 people at the front desk, only one asked if she could help me, another was on her personal cellphone (very unprofessional). The young lady that helped me make a comment that she dislikes “working with a bunch of “BLACK PEOPLE”. I had to ask for a receipt and was told that if the hotel was booked through a 3rd party no receipt would be provided. Excuse me, a receipt is needed and one was given. If all of the surrounding hotels were not booked I would not have stayed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
