"You didn’t do what I asked for."

The hotel tried to help me but they said you didn't notify them of the joined rooms. When I made the reservation I asked if the two rooms I got were joined. I was assured twice or more that we would have rooms that were joined! THAT DIDNT happen! When we got to the hotel, they had NO record that the rooms where to be joined. It was too late to make the change. I will go back to his hotel. I will NOT be getting my hotels through you again!!
