On Thursday, June 6, 2013 this was one of my scheduled Hotel Visits to meet with our group contact and familiarize myself with the hotel(s). The Sales Manager I had an appointment with was immediately available to see me. She was very cheerful, enthusiastic and very happy to be able to show me the hotels. These brand new Hotels, Hampton Inn & Suites / Homewood Suites by Hilton in Denver, Colorado share a 13-story building. Before the renovation, it was an office building used by Excel Energy. The transformation is incredible! The Lobby Area is huge, with modern furniture, lots of seating areas for guests to spend some time to read, work or just sit and relax. Very tasteful interior and the cleanest Lobby I have ever seen. Each Hotel has a Front Desk for their guest registration. Lots of local art work all around. The upright rectangular guest room windows have neat electronic blinds, very modern fixtures and amenities as well as modern furniture. Combined Hotel Amenities include complimentary 24 Hour business center with remote printing access, complimentary newspaper, complimentary local calls, guest laundry facility, indoor heated swimming pool with hot tub, workout facility with state-of-the-art equipment, 24 hour Suite Shop featuring snacks and sundries as well as the 500 Bar & Patio Lounge. Each Hotel individually offers all standard hotel amenities you would expect from these hotels. They are located in the heart of downtown Denver, easy access to the Mile High City's most popular attractions and business destinations and only a Ā½ block from the Denver Convention Center.
