This was probably my least favorite Hampton Inn. While the staff was very nice, I got to my room and discovered the bed was not made, food in the refrigerator and no soap (hand or body) in the bathroom. The room seemed 'clean' though. I had to leave for a conference and told the manager on duty as I was leaving, the situation. He said he would check it out. When I called later before I returned, he said it was all good now. I returned and the bed had been pulled up, but still no soap and someone's food in refrigerator. It was so late I just let it go and slept on top of the bed. Very surprised by all of this as my stays are usually much better.

Property description

Our hotel is located right off US Route 15 /I-99 corridor./ We are located 1 mile west of downtown Mansfield and 1.5 miles west of Mansfield University. The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon is located 12 west of our location. The hotel offers a beautiful view of Mansfield University and the surrounding mountains. We offer both standard rooms and suites. The entire hotel is non-smoking. The hotel offers the following features complimentary in-room high speed internet access both wired and wireless free hot breakfast indoor heated pool and spa fitness center facilities and one board room for meetings. All public areas of the hotel offer complimentary wireless internet access. There is a Perkins Restaurant in the same parking lot as the hotel.
