The shower in my room was not working properly shower head barely had any water running from it; Have stayed here multiple times and still do not agree with parking fee of $14/day no other hotel I have stayed at in Colorado have this charge, to include those in Denver. Not sure the point of this charge since there is plenty of parking and is not located on a busy street. Also, on the reservation site, it automatically checked the box stating I wanted the cancellation ins (which I had no interest in) Was not aware of this until reservation was complete so therefore was charged an additional $35 that was unnecessary box should not be marked so that the person completing the reservation can make that decision seems a little shady to me. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and the room was clean.
