Property description
John Rutledge House Inn is a historic property dating back to 1763 and is now a 19-room inn located on Broad Street. The property is made up of one Main House and two carriage houses. There are 11 rooms located in the hotel's Main House with 4 rooms in each of the 2 Carriage Houses located behind the Main House. Please note that guests will be required to use stairs as there is no elevator on the property.On-site self parking is available at the daily rate of $28 per car. We offer a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, after tea reception, and evening port, sherry, and brandy for guests to enjoy. We offer passes to a nearby athletic club at the daily rate of $10. The hotel requires a group agreement and the booking of at least one Grand Suite for groups of 5-10 rooms. Groups exceeding 10 rooms would be required to buyout the hotel. Please note that our room rates and night minimums vary by date. Small meetings of 4-10 guests can be accommodated in the living parlors of one of three Grand Suites. The Signer's Ballroom is available to host events and meetings during limited hours. Extended hours in the ballroom would require a buyout of the hotel.We can accommodate pets in select carriage house rooms. There is a daily pet fee of $40. Details / Other expenses
