I found everyone friendly and helpful,the dealers took.the time to explain games id never played with a smile on their face..valet parking for me was a huge plus,and so friendly,,room service was A+, I was so happy you put me on the fireworks side..I didn't get to see any on the 4th. overall I would recommend staying there to anyone gambling or not,and I hope to return someday..thanks for a great stay.

Everybody that I dealt with directly gave the feeling of excellent customer service. I would suggest this to anybody who is visiting the Niagara Falls area. The restaurants and food were quite delicious. I would come back.
