The property itself was nice. However, ours was not a good experience. We drove from south western Ohio straight through to Orlando. Obviously, we were tired. We couldn't get into our resort until the next day. This hotel had availability, so we chose to spend the night. We checked in and received our keys. However, when we got to our room, neither of the keys would work. My husband called the front desk. They said security would be right up to let us in our room. We hung out in the hall for about 15 minutes then called the front desk again. "Security will be up" we were told again. We waited another five 10 minutes in the hall. Finally, the security guard came up. He tried our keys (hello! we already did that multiple times). He finally let us in our room with his key. Then, he had to go back to the lobby to get new keys. We couldn't just relax until he got back about 15 minutes later. He brought back two keys, but only one would open the door. This was not a good experience, especially when we were had been driving for about 15 hours!

I have never stayed in a hotel this bad customer service is poor as well as all the other stuff and I wish we could change hotels.

Room was fine. My problem was with the breakfast. You advertised free breakfast but on our 2nd day, we had to go to Springhill and the crowd was large had to wait about 30 minutes to get our food. You need to have breakfast available at both locations.

Hotel was in parking lot of a strip mall area. Pool was separated from parking lot by simple fence. Hotel was 'older' looking well worn and used. Elevator sounded and acted like it was on its last legs. I would not want to go back. Hotel staff were all super nice and helpful, though.
