When it came time to check in, the room was not ready. Told check in time was just a recommendation and it would be another hour. Came back in an hour, still not ready and had to wait another hour until 5pm. Waited in lobby and overhead many unprofessional comments and observed what I believe to be unethical practices in dealing with potential quests. When room was finally ready, it smelled of spray trying to cover up the cigarette smell, a dirty ashtray on the desk. If I hadn't been so tired from being up at three am and no other options, I wouldn't have stayed for the night. Would love to have the opportunity to discuss this directly with Motel 6 to provide more detailed information.

I was charge twice one $348.74 two $189.84. I am not refunded the whole $348.74, which is sad. I can not believe what I encountered.
