"Quiet stay, but room is in need of renovation."

This hotel was quiet during our day, which was great, but the room needs to be renovated and the pool was closed. When I called the hotel number I found online to see if a room was available for the night, a third party assisted and provided inaccurate information about the additional pet fee. The hotel staff that assisted me at check in honored the fee that was communicated to me, but when I checked out the next day a different staff member said they had no idea how the third party was assisting customers. Be aware that it's a $25 per pet fee and it might be best to speak with someone from the hotel instead of the third party to book your stay.
