The cover spread on the bed had stains/spots, the room smelled like smoke! As a senior citizen I was not given a ground floor room.

I realize this is a budget motel but the lack of cleanliness is appalling. I stripped the sheets,etc off the mattress before leaving and not only did the mattress sag badly in the middle it had an extremely large stain that looked like blood. so big it looked like someone maybe died there. If I had known this ahead of time I would have just left. The rest of the room wasn't too clean either. obviously just a haphazardly job was done. I will never stay there again and am a little leery of all Motel 6's at this point.
