We stayed for three nights and got to downtown, Granville Island and nearby restaurants with ease because of great location. Front desk staff were able to skillfully answer all of our requests for information about Stanley Park to adjusting our TV. We'll be back!

This is now the second time I've stayed at the Sylvia Hotel. I love the history, the location, the large rooms and the friendly staff! I don't think I would ever stay anywhere else in Vancouver. The view out of the restaurant and lounge is spectacular!

We had a wonderful experience at the Sylvia Hotel. They are extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 12pm. Every staff member we encountered from the front desk to the cleaning staff were extremely friendly. A great downtown location directly across the street to English Bay Beach and we loved strolling the beach from the hotel all the way to Granville Island. We would definitely recommend this fabulous hotel.
