No management to be found. As t first the bartender was nice to me and fake as ****. I asked for a, Sangria and it suked. I didn't go back and complain. Having mental breskdowns, crying all day and no ut wasn't a pity party. Ju sd t found out I have Lupus. snd V I just wanted to take my husband and kids, it was the last weekend of spring break. I've h just become over emotional lately.. I hsve hardly slept at all for a year now. I was straight up for 2, weeks, some 10 dayd. .then I started hslllucinstung. SO I DID GO DOWN TO THE bsr, REALLY WANTing to go to patio, just to smoke and be AlOne. But bartender, spoke tO.me and there was a man there, but was thinking of getting a, drink to help me sleep. But then I sd, no.I'm taking my boys zip lining the next day and feel.sick. I can't even eat withour getting sick. So I turned to go ion patio and s, stranger, a msn, sd " That's not the, way you Deal with things", but he had three large glasses ofwhat ever, with eeating small dish of appetizers. I BRODIE down and THIS MAN WHO DOESNT KNOW ME SD NO SHE DOes not need a drink, snd then the bartender charmed in. After I sd no, bc I had plans with my kids I decided not too. But I was so tired. Felt done and just wanted to Sleep. Man sd to me, Quit whining and crying about your problems and the bartender charmed in. dhe, WAS HittING ALL OVER him. I KNOW SHE IS NOT A bartender, I Know whsts, she dies for Tips, my 155 yo alWAS ETC HE OVER me, WHICH SHOULD NOT TO HAVE TO SORRY ABOUT ME. HE Is MY child. Then all the guilt came over and I apologized to.my kids for witnessing it. And not being a good mom, bc of being siCk. My fsmily is tired of me being dick, I can see it in all their eyes. told him to.go get his dad. .and he tried to shut it doWn. She had that fake smile, I wanted to knock her teeth out. She made no.apigies, I think she encouraged him, to be completely out of line. As an eminem for a company, you should have shut it down. I was overwhelmed, no manager or supervisor why I'm still cryinG. j. Going thru a rough tIme and I cry alot to release it I guess. I'm disabled, I'm not proud of it, my health and mind have been deteriorating over a long time. I constantly worry about my boys, but the guilt I very helms me I'm ashamed. I was minding my own business and I just wanted to get to.patio and cry. But bartender spoke to me and I thought about getting s, drink and it was a couple minutes, after 10 and she verbally abused me, humiliated me, then infuriated me, Bc nO child should witness their parent being attscked. Then when I called, to make original reservation it said hilton and it waS not their b m numbrr. So itcwas, a shit show, we left, we, we're not going to continue. They sd they wouldn't refund their my money. I couldn't f get district manager, or anyone's b m name, who was running the shoW. I'm having cognitive problems, can't get words our and so e tines don't make, sense, I explained all that to original manager that did upgrade me to a v better room, bc Orbitz lied. Total shit show. No apologies, the, Hilton familt should be x embsrrassed. I was crying my eyes iut and this ××××× attacked me. there are laws for disabled pwool to.protect Them. They kicked a girl.whse, she was down, had to go to emergency room for paNick attack. Birmingham embassy suites is better but pricier, snd I we we're taking The boys to zip lining olace. I hsd, already paid forcthat, non refubdsble, a lupus flair erupted, with physical symptoms and could have been avoided if this man had any kind of heart. DO WE LOst alot of money, plus lEttinger my kids down. .. I had huge guiLt. I didn't feel like going to ziplining, but I didn't want then to have images later in life thinking I didn't love Them.
