We asked for additional towels on three occasions, never got them. The TV in the bedroom did not respond to the remote. Hotel employee brought three different remotes and reset the unit, it still didn't work.

Our Ocean Springs Hotel is located close to area attractions such as Biloxi Casinos-Hard Rock,Beau Rivage,IP,The Isle of Capri, and Boomtown- Award-winning Golf,Deep-sea Fishing Trips, and a wide variety of both local and well-known restaurants. Country Inn & Suites- Ocean Springs- offers a country-style de'cor with all the modern amenities that today's guests look for. Upon entering, the guest is welcomed by the warmth of our fireplace, the smell of our fresh-baked cookies, and of course a smile. All room are spacious, smoke free, and feature flat screen TVs, amazingly comfortable beds, coffee-makers,hair dryers,irons,mini fridges,safes and of course complimentary wi-fi internet access. As the sun rises, guests are welcomed to join us for a complimentary breakfast- including, but not limited to, eggs,bacon,sausage,bagels,cereal,muffins,freshly made waffles- and of course juice and gourmet coffee. Accommodations at the Ocean Springs Hotel include Jacuzzi Suites, guest laundry, 24/7 fitness center, business center and outdoor pool.
