Brought in large group on 9/13 with reservations for over 50 rooms. The hotel is nice but a bit dated. Bed provided a good nights rest, Room service food was good and plentiful. and you can't beat the price for this location. Here is where we lose a Star! Upon arrival approx. 4:40 there was not one room key ready! The evening clerk showed up and said she thought we were arriving at 8 pm. No Excuse! Especially since my contact Ariel had called the previous day to firm up and have everything in place when we arrived, It was very stressful for me to have nearly a 100 folks wanting their rooms. Other than that bad experience and I only got a dirty room report from one person. Holiday Inn Crystal City is four star.
