"Electrical Stuff"

Security door next to #136 didn't lock. Inside room, several light switches loose and one outlet dead. Coffee pot switch was also hit or miss.

"Clown Show"

1. Booked a king and full size bed. Got a king and had to request a roll away. 2. Was told upon checking in that they had a $25 parking fee. 3. Was told the oatmeal, coffee, frozen waffle and Tang breakfast was no included in my $394 booking. Hen found out after entering the room that the TV was not working. I was told that all tv's were out and should be fixed in the morning. So, I go back to the room, flush the toilet and find that it doesn't flush. Started looking for a camera because I was getting linked. Went back to the front desk, talked to useless Brent and requested a chat with the manager. The night manager, Pete I think, offered to eliminate the $25 parking fee that wasn't disclosed when I book and send a maintenance person to snake the toilet. This was a total clown show and I'm convinced that Brent, who reminds me of Louis Litt from Suits, should do something else for a living. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances.

"A Gem in the Desert"

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Eddy assisted me with my luggage which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping kept everything neat and clean and was helpful in my requests for more towels, etc. Thank you for providing a great place to stay and a wonderful staff.
