I've stayed here several times as I used to live in town and now I am back often for appointments or visits. Your front desk staff is consistently quite accommodating and extremely friendly! I'd like to single out a young man Nick I cannot tell you how nice this gentleman was! He was engaging he asked me how my day was. He told me about dinner on site and he raved about your chef! THAT is who you want greeting your guests! When I later came down to the lobby I was greeted by two gals in your lobby/restaurant area and again without fail so friendly and kind you could tell they enjoy their jobs and they love helping people they didn't just point me in the direction of the utensils they engaged in conversation (it was light friendly conversation) find out who was on 1/24/2025 because those two gals were wonderful! Again this morning I went down for coffee (rather early) and the gal at the front desk was LOVELY! At 6am! You have a nice friendly staff it's been a pleasure (even one night) to stay here! The room was perfect and clean! Thank you for a comfortable stay Hilton Garden! Maureen D'Annibale Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Everyone at the hotel was helpful, professional and efficient. Kathy at the bar did a great pour. Chef Jorge was amazing. Everything he made was above what you would expect. The lobby is relaxing and cozy with the fireplace. All told we had a great experience.
