I have been coming to your hotel for many years with the exception of the last four due to Covid. My daughter in law made my reservation as usual. She asked for a king bed and was not given an option to add non smoking or first floor room. I'm 83, handicapped and have a pacemaker. When we arrived, we were told in no uncertain terms that our room had been paid for and that it was "impossible" to make any changes. The person who helped us couldn't have been more than 18 years old. He refused to give us his name. We were told that the 1st floor was completely booked. The only room available was a king, smoking on the 2nd floor. He was rude, unprofessional and made no effort to help us at all. So I have no choice but to climb the stairs and sleep in a disgusting smelling room. Never have I ever had such a horrible customer experience in all my times of staying at your hotel. Very disappointed!

Our hotel is conveniently located off the 78 Freeway on San Marcos Blvd. In addition to clean, comfortable rooms, we also offer complimentary continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi access, HBO, microwaves refrigerators and coffeemakers. We are close to many different area attractions including the Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Old California Restaurant Row, CSUSM, Palomar College, Sea World and The San Diego Zoo.Pet Friendly with a chargeCribs and rollaways at property
