Best Western Heritage Inn and suites in Broussard is a nice place to stay but the lady behind the desk (Michele) is awesome and goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as can be.

lady up front was very nice and very fast when checking us in. there was a long line I think it was a little baseball team and parents but she got to us quickly and it felt like we were checked in in no time.

Had a wonderful stay at BW Heritage Inn & Suites. The front desk ladies Pam and Michelle were friendly and helpful. There was a young man on night duty unfortunately I don't recall his name but he was friendly and courteous as well. I will recommend the BW to family and friends.
